Job Summary:

As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care and treatment for patients with kidney disease who require dialysis treatment. You will work closely with patients to monitor their condition, administer dialysis therapy, and educate them on self-care techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Administer dialysis treatment as prescribed by the physician.
2. Monitor patients during dialysis treatment for any adverse reactions.
3. Assess the patient's condition before, during, and after dialysis therapy.
4. Educate patients on proper diet and medication management.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
6. Document patient treatment and progress accurately.
7. Maintain a clean and safe dialysis environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid RN license.
2. BLS certification.
3. Experience in nephrology nursing preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail.
