• Perform water mitigation, demolition, structural drying, pack-outs, and restoration-related services
• Respond to residential and commercial losses involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Document jobs, photos, moisture readings, and job progress accurately
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance carriers, office staff, and project managers
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices
• Assist with emergency after-hours/on-call rotation as needed

• Restoration industry experience preferred
• IICRC certifications are highly valued
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in stressful situations
  
  Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical job duties in varying environments
