As an Entry-Level Duct Cleaner
, you'll receive hands-on training in professional air duct cleaning, specialized equipment, jobsite safety, indoor air quality, and customer service. You'll work alongside experienced team members as you develop the skills and confidence needed to perform jobs successfully.

You do not need previous air duct cleaning experience. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working with your hands, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

Pay and Earning Potential
  • Starting base pay of $21.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience
  • Additional commissions and performance incentives
  • Most technicians earn $25.00-$40.00+ per hour in total compensation
  • Top performers regularly earn $70,000-$90,000+ annually

What You'll Learn and Do

We'll train you to safely and professionally perform air duct cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.

As you develop your skills, you'll learn how to:

  • Operate professional truck-mounted air duct cleaning equipment
  • Prepare homes and businesses for cleaning services
  • Clean duct systems using established procedures and techniques
  • Properly use tools and specialized cleaning equipment
  • Protect customers' homes and property while completing work
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
  • Inspect equipment and prepare for daily jobs
  • Explain completed services to customers
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Deliver a positive customer experience without high-pressure sales tactics
What We're Looking For

Previous HVAC or air duct cleaning experience is not required.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Wants to learn a skilled trade
  • Is dependable and shows up ready to work
  • Enjoys hands-on, physically active work
  • Is mechanically inclined or comfortable learning how to use tools
  • Takes pride in doing quality work
  • Can communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
  • Can safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Is comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
  • Has a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Previous experience in construction, HVAC, maintenance, restoration, warehousing, home services, mechanical work, or another hands-on position is helpful, but not required
