Seatown, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to ensure optimal performance of our high-availability tech facilities. You will lead installation, maintenance, and repair of complex commercial HVAC systems supporting server rooms, offices, and labs. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues, scheduling preventive maintenance, optimizing energy efficiency, coordinating vendors, and mentoring junior techs. Collaborate closely with IT and operations teams to minimize downtime and uphold strict reliability, safety, and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems supporting tech facilities and server rooms
- Diagnose complex HVAC issues and implement timely, cost-effective repairs to minimize downtime
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for critical equipment
- Monitor and optimize system performance for reliability, comfort, and energy efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and facilities teams to support high-availability environments
- Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and equipment documentation
- Train, mentor, and guide junior HVAC technicians on best practices and safety
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent HVAC issues after hours as required
