Licensed Nail Technician

Seatown, an innovative fintech leader, is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to support our HVAC Wholesale operations within the Technical & Maintenance department. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems supporting our tech-driven facilities, ensuring optimal climate control for sensitive hardware and staff comfort. You will troubleshoot mechanical and digital control issues, perform preventive maintenance, maintain detailed service records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems issues
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Calibrate and program digital, programmable, and smart thermostats and controls
• Diagnose and repair chillers, RTUs, split systems, and ventilation components
• Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and maintenance documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, environmental regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with facilities, operations, and vendors to minimize downtime
• Recommend system upgrades and efficiency improvements
• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and support on-call rotations
