Blue Flame Heating, Air, Electric seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to run residential and light commercial installs across the Puget Sound region. In this role, you'll lead a small crew installing furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related ductwork, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to code. You'll handle layout, start-up, and commissioning, coordinate with our electrical team, and serve as an on-site technical expert.

Responsibilities
- Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless units
- Plan jobs, review layouts, and ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Supervise and mentor install helpers and junior technicians on-site
- Coordinate with electricians and other trades to complete turnkey installs
- Perform start-up, testing, and system commissioning, verifying performance and airflow
- Communicate clearly with customers, explain work performed, and address basic questions or concerns
- Maintain a high standard of jobsite safety, housekeeping, and tool/equipment care
- Document work performed, materials used, and any changes in scope using company systems
- Support occasional warranty or corrective work to resolve installation-related issues
- Provide input to management on process improvements and training needs
