- Design, develop, and support enterprise workflow automation solutions using Appian, Microsoft technologies, and related automation platforms
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead complex business process automation initiatives, including case management, workflow orchestration, document processing, and system integrations
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures
- Leverage Appian AI and intelligent automation for classification, extraction, summarization, routing, and decision support
- Provide technical leadership and engineering guidance to developers
- Drive operational excellence through code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support
- Promote engineering best practices, reusable components, and platform governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and customer experiences
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (required)
- Eight years of relevant experience (required)
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Skills using one or more programming languages
- Strong Appian experience preferred
- Expertise in business process automation solutions preferred
- RESTful APIs and creating integration services preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and represent the team to other teams or leadership preferred
- Ability to adapt to new technologies according to business needs
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working in the healthcare industry or a highly regulated environment
Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing enterprise workflow automation solutions using Appian and Microsoft technologies, with a strong focus on business process automation and integration services. Proven ability to lead technical teams, drive operational excellence, and adapt to emerging technologies in a regulated environment.
