Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a strategic National Manager, RTO Training & Compliance to build and lead our national RTO capability across a workforce of about 2,500 employees. This newly created role sets strategy, governance and standards for training, licensing and competency across TGE Freight.
You will establish enterprise RTO governance, own national training and lead a team of six Driver Trainers, ensuring all training and compliance is auditable and measurable.
