Video Editor cum Graphic Designer.

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to produce engaging, trend‑driven content for our outlets. The ideal candidate already understands the fast‑paced, trending editing style popular on Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts—pacing, transitions, sound syncing, captions—and can apply it to our brand. In addition to editing, the candidate will shoot raw footage on location and may grow into broader content creation over time.

Strong graphic design skills are a plus, as the role also covers supporting visual assets (posts, posters, menu graphics, promotional creatives).

• Edit raw footage into polished short‑form videos optimized for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts, meeting current trending styles, transitions, and sounds.
• Stay on top of current social media trends and formats and adapt them to our brand’s voice.
• Shoot supporting video content (on phone or camera) at outlets – food, ambiance, staff, customers, events, behind‑the‑scenes.
• Design supporting graphics for social posts, story templates, promotional banners, and basic menu/print creatives.
• Plan and maintain a regular content posting schedule across both brands, in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
• Manage and organize a library of raw footage, b‑roll, and finished assets for reuse.
• Monitor performance of posted content (views, engagement) and adjust style/strategy accordingly.

• Strong proficiency in video editing software:
  Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of short‑form, trend‑driven content (Tik Tok/Reels/Shorts style – pacing, hooks, captions, sound syncing).
• Comfortable shooting on smartphone and/or basic camera/gimbal setups (training will be provided where needed).
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools:
  Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• A good eye for visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and turn around content quickly.
• A portfolio, demo reel, or social media handle showcasing previous editing work is required.

• Prior experience creating content for a restaurant, cafe, or F&B brand.
• Experience growing a brand’s social media following/engagement organically.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects).
