Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in import/export, freight forwarding, or global trade?

Dimensions Code is seeking a Full-Time Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by visiting businesses, understanding their logistics and trade needs, and offering customized solutions. This is a full-time, outdoor position that requires regular client visits, face-to-face engagement, and a solid understanding of trade and freight services.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Bahrain
  • Proven background in Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Global Trade
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
  • Valid Bahraini driver’s license and access to own vehicle
  • Strong existing network of industry contacts within Bahrain
  • Knowledge of international shipping processes, customs, and documentation (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field (preferred, not required)

Job Specification Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in field sales, with a preference for experience within the import-export industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and international trade regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential requirements for this role.
