Sales Manager for a Leading Retail Company in Muharraq, Bahrain

We are currently hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our retail company located in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Identify potential customers and market opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing ones
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure overall business success

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Sunday to Thursday. However, occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons. The position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and performance bonuses.
