We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities of our company. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training and motivation
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential markets and customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for management review
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products/services
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
• Ability to travel when needed for client meetings or industry events

Compensation:

This is an urgent position with an attractive salary package of 1600$ per month.
