We are a fast-growing company in the dynamic city of Muharraq, Bahrain. Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Part-Time Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and increase revenue for our products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will be essential in achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or service industry. You should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As this is a part-time position, you should have flexibility in your schedule to accommodate weekend or evening shifts.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Meet with potential clients to present products and services, as well as negotiate contracts
- Maintain existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Create detailed reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or service industry
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Bahrain
