Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Muharraq Bahrain As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our company This is a contract position with accommodation provided

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients highlighting the unique value proposition of our products services
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
• Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and achieve their targets

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Biometric passport is preferred
