• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
• Operate welding equipment to fuse metal parts together according to project requirements
• Inspect welded joints and repair any defects as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a welder or completion of a welding apprenticeship program preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
