Location: Mukilteo, WA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 DOE

• Prepare and process customer invoices based on contract terms, project milestones, time & materials, or fixed-fee agreements
• Review project costs, labor hours, expenses, and documentation to ensure accurate, timely billing
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Monitor accounts receivable for assigned projects, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist with collections
• Maintain billing records, reconcile project revenue, and support month-end close and reporting

This Project Billing Specialist role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cross-functional teams while owning the billing lifecycle end-to-end.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of project billing or contract billing experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Epicor experience is a huge plus
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
