Anning-Johnson is looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our commercial construction team. In this role, you will help win work, drive successful project execution, and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field teams. What you'll do- Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and budgets.
- Manage projects from startup through closeout.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field leadership.
- Track costs, schedules, documentation, and change orders.
- Support safe, high‑quality project delivery.
- Experience in commercial drywall, interior systems, or specialty contracting.
- Strong estimating, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

- Salary range is $80,000 to $125,000 based on education, experience, and location.
