Anning-Johnson is looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our commercial construction team. In this role, you will help win work, drive successful project execution, and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field teams. • Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and budgets.
• Manage projects from startup through closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Track costs, schedules, documentation, and change orders.
• Support safe, high‑quality project delivery.

• Experience in commercial drywall, interior systems, or specialty contracting.
• Strong estimating, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

• Salary range is $80,000 to $125,000 based on education, experience, and location.
