- Visitor Relations / Tour Guide Specialist B (Mukilteo, WA) About the Role Join the dynamic team at Future of Flight, one of Puget Sound's premier aviation attractions, as a Visitor Relations / Tour Guide Specialist. Be at the forefront of guest engagement, delivering immersive tours and educational experiences to over 300,000 visitors annually. This is a full-time, 100% onsite, contract role offering the chance to represent a globally recognized aerospace brand, facilitate memorable visitor experiences, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive, scripted tours and presentations to diverse audiences, including large groups (up to 200 attendees).

- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and creating a positive, lasting impression for every guest.

- Lead STEM-focused activities, including robotics and drone demonstrations, and interpret cutting-edge aviation exhibits.

- Support all aspects of visitor relations: ticketing, guest orientation, way finding, and event operations.

- Proactively address safety issues, facilitate emergency procedures, and uphold facility standards.

- Adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as required by events and operational needs.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize tour flow, complete daily operational tasks, and uphold high standards of punctuality and professionalism.

- Complete mandatory training, attend team meetings, and maintain knowledge of current and new exhibit content. Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year in customer service or guest-facing roles with strong communication and engagement abilities.

- Demonstrated experience in presenting, training, teaching, or acting within a public environment.

- Proven reliability, attendance, and adaptability to rotating schedules.

- Comfortable standing or walking for up to 6 hours per shift.

- High School diploma or GED. Preferred Skills
- Public speaking or tour guiding experience (6+ months).

- Familiarity with event or exhibit technology and point-of-sale systems.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

- Knowledge of aviation, STEM concepts, or prior experience at Future of Flight. Benefits
