EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

PAY RANGE: 160-180K base plus bonus and benefits

Our aerospace automation and robotics client is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to serve as the technical lead during the business development and sales process for advanced robotics, automation, and aerospace tooling solutions. This individual will bridge engineering and commercial teams, translating customer production requirements into technically sound, executable solutions that support aircraft manufacturing environments.

The Senior Sales Engineer partners closely with sales, engineering, program management, and customers to develop system concepts, define solution architectures, support proposals, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal execution capabilities.

Qualifications Required Experience
  • ence Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferr
  • ed).5+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, aerospace tooling, capital equipment, or related engineered syst
  • ems.

    Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, systems engineering, program engineering, or solution development ro
