  • Partner with systems engineering and controls/software leads to manage interface definitions and performance validation.
  • Support V&V planning including simulation, offline programming, CISS, CIPS, and production ramp-up.

Stakeholder & Customer Management:

  • Serve as the primary program interface to Airbus internal customers, external partners, and suppliers.
  • Lead program reviews, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
  • Manage scope changes, contract deliverables, and commercial impacts in coordination with program leadership.
  • Support onsite installation, commissioning, and production readiness activities.

Financial & Operational Management:

  • Track program financials including budget, earned value, and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage procurement, supplier deliverables, and long-lead items aligned to schedule.
  • Drive issue resolution across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Implement continuous improvement across program execution, documentation, and lessons learned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tooling performance, and delivery processes.
  • Support proposal development, cost estimation, and technical scoping for new programs.

  • Experience with program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with configuration control, change management, and structured engineering review processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

Preferred:
