Sr. Director Finance

Sr. Director of Finance (Hybrid) Responsibilities

• Lead the corporation's consolidated Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Looking for experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), DoD contracting, and DCAA compliance.
• Experience partnering with Program finance & accounting.
• Role requires experience in publicly traded companies supporting high growth and tight timelines.
• Guide the strategic plan, prepare board decks, and deliver supporting analysis for external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic analysis and advice to executive management, develop financial models, and monitor variances and business results with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee financial reporting and prepare detailed budget schedules-operating expense, capital expenditures, revenue, profitability, variance and trend analyses, rate of return, depreciation, cash flow, working capital, investments, and ad hoc projects.
• Gather and synthesize data, correlate results with cyclical and global economic trends, and produce accurate company financial profitability forecasts.
• Manage a team of four professionals.
• Expert-level Excel required;
  Net Suite and Adaptive Planning experience highly desirable.
• Position base salary range of $195,000 to $230,000 base plus bonus and LTIP incentives

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A-related experience.
