We only hire and promote Caregivers so you have a great opportunity here to be promoted to whatever role would be the best fit for your unique skills and talents. Everyone at Agape starts as a Social Worker or Caregiver and works their way up.

Role Description

• One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on ADLs
• Day & Evening Shifts (we do not have NOC shifts at the moment)
• Weekdays and weekends are available
• Bonus pay for some holidays
• Driver’s license, a clean driving record and a reliable car required. If you drive your own car, we will pay $0.65 per mile plus paid time for driving between Clients
• You will also earn more the longer you stay with us (every 500 hours for the first year), and you can earn referral bonuses
• Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA in Washington state required. Agape is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
• COVID-19 considerations:
  We supply PPE to all Caregivers and provide the latest training and protocols. Your safety is our priority.
