As a member of the Guest Service Team at Harbour Pointe Golf Club, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional, first‑class service for our guests. You’ll set the standards for our guest experience by providing a positive first impression of the golf course and contributing to maintaining a functional course through guest assistance, cleaning of golf carts, and other appointed tasks.

• Provide exceptional service in positions including Equipment Drop Attendant, Equipment Runner, Practice Facility Host, First Tee Host, and Player Assistant.
• Initiate contact with guests within 15 feet, offering a robust welcome and willingness to assist.
• Proactively anticipate guests’ needs and maintain a high level of interaction.
• Keep appearance clean and uniform as required at the start of each shift.
• Maintain a clean environment by picking up trash in visible areas and removing clutter.
• Maintain knowledge of daily events, FAQ sheet, hours of operation, pace of play, and group event details.
• Effectively communicate all pertinent information among team members and supervisory staff regarding daily operations.
• Upsell items by informing guests of additional products available for purchase and personal recommendations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.
• Highly service‑focused with a desire to engage with guests.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to think, work, and make decisions to solve guest concerns based on sound judgment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with continuous improvement expected.
• Consistently achieve high work standards, attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or two years of experience in a similar customer service environment.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, team members, or supervisory personnel.
• Legibly write guests’ names and type them on the keyboard.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to determine the course of action.

• Perform tasks that involve lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, grasping, and arm‑hand coordination on a consistent basis.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work weekends and holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands.
• Stand for up to four hours per shift.
• Outdoor work with exposure to sunshine, wind, rain, and warm & cool temperatures.

• Pay rate: $17.13 per hour.
