Mechanical Assembler

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $19 - 23 Hourly*
* ** Shift: Mon - Fri, 5:30am - 2:00pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances according to specifications.

+ Perform mechanical assembly and operational tasks with components or subassemblies based on drawings, directives, and company policies.

+ Use schematics, blueprints, verbal, and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, and test mechanical assemblies.

+ Identify and report assembly issues to establish and improve company procedures.

+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate degree in Manufacturing or equivalent practical experience built upon High School level technical subjects.

+ 1-3 years of experience assembling small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances.

+ Prior clean room experience is a plus.

+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

+ Ability to use small hand tools and precision measuring equipment effectively.
