We are currently hiring 3 Production Associates for a growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Mukilteo, WA.

2 positions are Temp-to-Hire, with the opportunity for long-term employment after approximately 3 months for strong performers.

1 position is Temporary, covering a medical leave and expected to last approximately 1-2 months.

Job Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using pick lists and work orders

Verify SKUs and quantities before packaging and shipment

Select products from inventory and prepare items for assembly or shipment

Perform inventory back-counts to maintain accurate stock levels

Build kit shells and assemble components according to specifications

Utilize handheld scanners to process orders and inventory transactions

Package products securely for shipment

Palletize and shrink-wrap completed orders

Prepare temperature-sensitive shipments while following company procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

** Qualifications*
* 2+ years of production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Comfortable standing for most of the shift

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Basic inventory control experience preferred

Experience using handheld scanners is a plus

Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, box knives, ladders, and warehouse tools preferred

Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
