Drain Install Assistant

Overview

We are looking for anDrain Install Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade and gain hands-on experience in underground plumbing systems, including sewer and water line installations and repairs. You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with a variety of underground projects while developing the skills needed to advance in your career.

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground plumbing systems, including sewer and water lines.
• Dig trenches, operate hand tools, and prepare worksites for projects.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and schematics.
• Support the team in safely operating equipment such as excavators, pipe saws, and compactors.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the plumbing team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in pursuing a career in plumbing or underground utility work.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• OSHA safety training or similar certifications are advantageous.

Pay Range

$25 - $30 USD
