You will install, maintain, and optimize HVAC and environmental systems that safeguard high-density IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and coordinating with IT and facilities teams to ensure optimal uptime, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain HVAC systems in Seatown data centers and offices
- Monitor and optimize environmental controls to ensure uptime for critical IT infrastructure
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC and related systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and documentation in CMMS tools
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to support expansion of server rooms and labs
- Ensure compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations
- Respond to emergency facilities and cooling incidents and resolve promptly
- Recommend upgrades to improve energy efficiency and system reliability
