Seatown, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking an HVAC Technician to support our HVAC Wholesale operations within the Technical & Maintenance department. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair commercial and light industrial HVAC/R systems that support our data centers, offices, and warehouse environments. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical and digital controls, ensure energy-efficient performance, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
Collaborate with engineers and operations teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, inclusive, and technology-driven workplace.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and light industrial HVAC/R systems for offices, warehouses, and technical spaces.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and performance testing on all HVAC assets.
- Calibrate and work with digital and building automation controls to optimize system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, codes, and manufacturer specifications.
- Document work performed, parts used, and system status in maintenance management systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, facilities, and operations teams to schedule and complete work.
- Recommend system improvements, retrofits, and energy-efficiency upgrades.
- Respond to emergency HVAC issues and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
