Seatown, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support our Technical & Maintenance team in HVAC wholesale environments. In this role, you'll install, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems that keep mission-critical financial software operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting controls, documenting work orders, and coordinating with vendors. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and facility teams, ensuring optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and uptime in a fast-paced, inclusive, and growth-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and components
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC and related equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
- Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance records in CMMS or similar tools
- Collaborate with facility, engineering, and vendor teams to plan repairs and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards
- Optimize HVAC performance for reliability, uptime, and energy efficiency
- Respond to service calls and system alarms in a timely manner
- Recommend system improvements and retrofits to support operational needs
- Provide occasional guidance to junior technicians or contractors on best practices
Required Skills
- Commercial HVAC troubleshooting

- Reading blueprints and schematics
- Building automation systems (BAS) / controls
- Electrical diagnostics for HVAC equipment
- Refrigeration systems and components
