Job Description
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and facilities.
- Manage seating arrangements and ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
- Coordinate IT support, security protocols, and housekeeping.
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Handle procurement of supplies, equipment, and services as per company policies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, service partners, and consultants.
Administrative Support to Leadership
- Provide administrative support to Partners, Investment Team, and senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel planning, and logistics for internal and external events.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, vendor documents, and audit-ready files.
- Support HR, Finance, and Compliance teams with necessary administrative documentation.
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Organize investor meetings, board meetings, offsites, and team events.
- Manage logistics for pitches, due diligence visits, and portfolio company engagements.
People & Office Culture
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners from an administrative perspective.
- Maintain a positive and professional office environment aligned with firm culture.
