We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Event Operations Apprentice  to support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person events and virtual events for the Global Events team. This internship provides hands-on experience in event logistics, webinar operations, event technology platforms, local on-site coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating seamless event experiences.

Responsibilities
Event Operations Support

Build event registration pages in Cvent and ensure accuracy in attendee information and confirmation processes

Assist with logistics for hosted and third-party, sponsorship events, including venue sourcing, catering coordination and AV ordering

Participate in pre-event planning calls and document action items for the team

Webinar Operations Support

Assist in scheduling, coordinating and hosting webinars using ON24

Support speakers with prep materials, dry runs and tech checks to ensure smooth delivery

Monitor live webinar logistics, track attendance and capture participant questions

Assist in preparing post-webinar reports, attendee lists and performance metrics

Event Reporting & Administrative Support

Update internal event management systems with event details, expenses, and post-event summaries

Support events team by submitting invoices, gathering receipts and updating expenses for events

Assist with process improvement projects aimed at enhancing event workflows, documentation and team efficiency

Assist in the creation of presentation decks for stakeholder meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Qualification
Pursued / currently pursuing a degree in  Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related   field . (Graduate  -  passing year should be 2025 /   Post graduate - passing year 2025 or 2026)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., content management systems, webinar platforms, email marketing software).

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
