We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support day‑to‑day administrative operations.
About the Role
This role ensures smooth internal processes .
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Customer queries through mail/Chat.
- Process and verify customer information, forms, and backend transactions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Handle email communication, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and MIS reports.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
- Support team leads/managers with operational tasks and backend support.
- Coordinate with internal departments for workflow updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company and client information.
Qualifications
- Woking knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of backend operations and documentation.
- Good communication and email etiquette.
- Pay range and compensation package
