Job Responsibilities:

1. Highly motivated graduates, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Understand the requirements and co-ordinate with project management team

3. Find and add new suppliers to the database as per the requirements following the business

trends

4. Sustaining the existing network & managing vendors /contractors

5. Should be able to convince vendors/contractors for the requirements

6. Should be able to update project management team on the status.

7. Ensuring timely invoices, payments and Work order / purchase order allotment and distribution

to suppliers as per the process defined
