Position:  Junior / Senior Executive Assistant to Founder & Creative Director

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :
Founder & Leadership Support

• Manage schedules, priorities, and follow-ups for the Founder & Creative Director

• Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and approvals

Process Management & SOP Support

• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Support workflow documentation and process improvements

• Ensure teams follow defined processes and timelines

Project Tracking & Execution

• Track progress of collections, campaigns, production schedules, and internal projects

• Maintain trackers, timelines, and status reports

• Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Inter-Department Coordination

• Act as a point of contact between departments for task coordination

• Communicate deadlines, updates, and approvals clearly

• Resolve basic operational issues by coordinating with relevant teams

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on project status, timelines, and operational progress

• Maintain records, files, and documentation for ongoing work

• Support leadership with data and summaries for review

Creative & Production Support

• Coordinate design reviews, production schedules, and approvals

• Assist in tracking sampling, fittings, and production timelines

• Ensure information is accurately communicated across teams

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Level):

• Oversee multiple projects independently

• Support process optimization and operational planning

• Guide junior team members

• Provide operational insights to leadership

QUALFICATIONS & PREREQUISITIES:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field

• Junior: 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles

• Senior: 3–6+ years of experience in similar roles

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Experience with task tracking tools and documentation systems

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
