Location:
Fort area, Mumbai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience:
2 to 3 years

An upcoming grooming and personal care venture focused on grooming essentials. The business is building a premium presence in the grooming and lifestyle space, with an emphasis on quality, branding, and structured growth.
About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Founder of an upcoming men’s grooming brand. Your main goal is to keep the Founder’s professional life organized and efficient. You will handle scheduling, sit in on meetings to track decisions, and manage digital tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who is great at following up on tasks, solving basic tech issues, and ensuring that no business details are missed.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage and organize the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel
Sit in on meetings, take detailed notes, create clear action items, and follow up
Track what the Founder says across meetings to prevent double-work or miscommunication
Manage email and Whats App with discretion and judgment
Help the Founder stay aligned, on track, and reminded of key decisions or open tasks
Follow up with internal team members on deliverables and project status
Maintain awareness of shifting priorities, client preferences, and high-level company context
Tech & Tools Support:
Assist with email setup, inbox management, file organization, calendar syncing
Troubleshoot phone, app, or account issues and support device setup or settings
Help manage Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Docs, etc.)
Set up video calls, Zoom/Meet links, and ensure devices and apps are running smoothly
Manage Slack workspace: channel organization, user access, notifications, integrations, message coordination, and basic troubleshooting
Candidate Profile:
2 to 3 years in a professional assistant or administrative role.
Very comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and troubleshooting basic digital tools.
Clear and professional English (both spoken and written).
Strong memory and attention to detail, able to spot inconsistencies and keep projects aligned.
High level of discretion (an NDA is required) and a professional business appearance.
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, long days, and occasional domestic travel.
