We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and professional experience for all guests while efficiently managing various administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.

• Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.

• Ensure all visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and have a positive experience.

• Resolve employee queries and or direct them to the appropriate person.

• Maintain day to day operations records.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

• Relay messages and information accurately and promptly to the relevant parties.

• Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, if required.

• Maintain office hygiene.

• Operate the EPBAX system efficiently to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.

• Assist admin team as and when required.
