Job Description:

Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining client databases, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Identify upcoming projects and maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
Contact prospective clients and share company profiles with new leads.
Maintain communication with clients via calls, emails, and written correspondence.
Coordinate with design, accounts, and other departments for quotations and payment tracking.
Prepare and send sales quotations in coordination with the sales team.
Handle vendor registration and submit required documentation.
Raise Proforma Invoices and assist in documentation work.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare MIS reports for management.
Follow up with clients on submitted offers and pending payments.
Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback to improve services.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales support or coordination preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
