We’re hiring a high-ownership Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and become the backbone of execution at a fast-growing media company.
This is not a calendar-only EA role — you’ll drive cross-team coordination, follow-ups, meeting outcomes, documentation, and smooth day-to-day execution.
Job Description :
Key requirements:
Extremely strong follow-up + closure mindset
Sharp communication (emails, notes, tracking)
Organized, calm, and fast with multiple priorities
Comfortable supporting leadership with high responsiveness + flexibility beyond standard hours
Mumbai | Full-time
11 AM – 8 PM (Mon–Fri, 1 Sat/month half-day)
₹35K – ₹55K/month
Qualifications
Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
Proficiency in Diary Management and Expense Reports
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and coordinating day-to-day operations
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
Familiarity with the digital or talent industry would be an advantage
Proficiency in using office productivity tools to facilitate workflows
What you will do:
CEO Support & Prioritisation
Execution + Cross team followups
Documentation + Communication
Hiring & HR Support (As needed)
Admin + Office operations
