Role Objective

We are looking for a versatile professional to manage our office administration while driving our marketing initiatives. You will be the bridge between our internal operations and our external market presence, ensuring that our stainless steel and non-ferrous product lines are effectively promoted and our day-to-day office tasks are handled with precision.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Sales Support

- Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in industries like construction, dairy equipment, and automotive.
- Collateral Management:
Coordinate the creation of product catalogs, technical data sheets, and price lists for our stainless steel sheets, pipes, and bars.
- Digital Presence:
Maintain the company’s profile on B2B platforms (Trade India, India

MART) and update the website with new product launches.
- Inquiry Handling:
Respond to initial customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on pending leads.

2. Office Administration

- Documentation:
Maintain systematic records of invoices, purchase orders, and GST-related documentation.
- Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with logistics partners and raw material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Front Office:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor greetings at the registered office.
- Inventory Tracking:
Assist the warehouse team in maintaining accurate records of stock levels (coils, plates, and fittings).

Qualifications & Skills

- Education:

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience:

1–3 years of experience in an admin or marketing role (experience in the metal or manufacturing industry is a significant plus).
- Technical

Skills:

* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for maintaining price lists).
- Familiarity with Tally or similar ERP software is preferred.

- Soft Skills:

* Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
