- Manage the Senior Head’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and letters.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the Senior Head.
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Screen visitors and calls, managing inquiries and requests with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
