The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable and experienced HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day office operations while working closely with the HR team to support overall workplace functions.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative processes, structured coordination, and a well-managed office environment.

We are looking for someone who is articulate, professionally presented, and naturally adept at managing people and processes. You should be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges while communicating clearly and confidently across teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administration

- Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers etc.
- Manage facilities, maintenance, AMCs, housekeeping, and office supplies
- Handle travel coordination, logistics, and meeting arrangements
- Maintain administrative documentation and reports with accuracy and confidentiality

HR

- Provide support in the employee lifecycle management
- Assist in recruitment
- Assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR files
- Assist with attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Coordinate internal communication and day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Administration, HR Admin, or Workplace Operations
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/ Business background is a plus
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills- thoughtful articulation and grammatical accuracy are expected.
- Comfortable interacting across teams and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable using MS Office and structured documentation systems
