Role Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The position involves providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, and coordinating key tasks for executives. Responsibilities include maintaining organizational efficiency, preparing official correspondence, managing schedules, and assisting with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will ensure high-level support and seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to provide comprehensive support to senior executives.
Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and general Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail, organizational ability, and the capacity to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred, ranging from entry-level to 4 years of experience.
Proficiency with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field.
