- Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with brand identity and values
2. Design Strategy:
Develop creative strategies and concepts for advertising campaigns, ensuring that every asset is created with the business goals and objectives in mind
3. Design Creation:
- Have a proactive approach to produce compelling and captivating designs for a range of marketing materials, including visual designs, infographics, logos, and other interactive platforms
- Supervise a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the creative process to foster their professional development and ensure high-quality output.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copy supervisors, account managers, and clients, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate key messages.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Review and provide feedback on art work produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise aesthetic checks and edits during pre-production & production, attend shoots & music recordings
6. Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, new content formats and competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform content strategies and creative approaches and explore opportunities for experimentation
7. Client Communication:
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches, providing strategic insights and recommendations regarding designs and creative concepts.
- Strengthen Client relationships and interactions.
- Act as a POC for creative art escalations.
8. Team Growth:
Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately
9. Team Management:
Conduct weekly team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving on client-side and internally
10. Time Management:
Ensure following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.
11. Operations:
Adherence to documented SOPs.
