What’s in store (Job Responsibilities):  Create the Visuals of Play:
Collaborate with product designers to bring vibrant, child-friendly graphics to life — visuals that spark imagination and excitement
Craft Exquisite Packaging:
Design high-end packaging that stands out on global shelves while aligning with the product’s essence and business objectives
Shape the Play-Flow:
Design engaging and easy-to-understand instruction materials that maximize play value and delight
Build Stunning Marketing Campaigns:
Create impactful marketing assets — for print, digital, and social — that bring the brand story to life in a visually compelling and cohesive way
Lead & Inspire a Team:
We believe the best work is born from collaboration. We’re looking for someone who’s not just a stellar visualizer, but also a capable team leader — one who can mentor, inspire, and elevate the output of those around them
Drive Strategic Creative Impact Across Projects:
As a senior member of our design team, you’ll work across multiple high-priority projects — playing a key role in shaping the visual language of the brand. Your ability to maintain quality while managing scale will be central to the team’s success

Love for Kids:
We’re in the business of joy, creativity, and childhood wonder — and we hope you’re as excited about that as we are. Prior experience in designing for kids or playful brands is a big plus!
Tool Mastery and Workflow Fluency:
o  Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
o  Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a strong advantage
o  Strong visual and verbal communication skills, especially when collaborating across teams
o  Familiarity with print production, packaging specifications, and basic motion graphics is highly valued
o  Comfortable working within structured design workflows and creative timelines
