• Serve as the Creative expert for assigned brands, providing direction and guidance to ensure
cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
• Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment where team
members can excel and grow.
• Oversee Visual direction while also providing support for copywriting needs, ensuring that
both visual and written elements align with brand objectives.
• Play a key role in brand planning, creative development, and on-strategy initiatives,
contributing to the overall success of client campaigns.
• Consistently ideate new and innovative concepts to pitch to brand partners, staying ahead of
industry trends and market demands.
• Bring a fresh perspective to day-to-day projects, inspiring creativity and excellence among
direct reports and clients alike.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative work reflects a
compelling, single-minded idea and aligns with brand objectives.
• Work with other departments to develop best practices and streamline workflows, driving
efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Take an active role in client discussions and internal/external meetings to ensure creative
and strategic alignment, advocating for the highest standards of excellence.
• Help clients understand and internalize the criteria by which creative products should be
assessed, guiding them towards informed decisions.
• Manage the financial landscape for assigned brands, reviewing scopes, hours, and staffing to
ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Identify staffing needs and recruit potential new hires, nurturing talent and building a high performing team.
• Shape the careers of assigned direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance to inspire
award-winning creative excellence
Who you will be:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role, with a strong portfolio
showcasing successful brand campaigns and UI/UX design projects.
• Expertise in UI/UX design principles, with a deep understanding of user-centered
design methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve
exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to articulate
creative ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing
innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma,
etc.) and project management tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies in design, advertising, and
digital media.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional design
practices.
