The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Responsibilities
Branding
- Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity.
- Understand typography and colour theory and use fonts, design principles and colour schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing material
- Create brochure, product packaging designs, labels etc that align with brand identity
- Create logos and graphics for the website and advertisement that align with brand identity
- Should have knowledge and should be able to create Brand Manuals, Mood Boards for visualising concepts for branding purpose
Marketplace Creatives:
- Conduct brand research and competitor research on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Google to craft visually appealing concepts and creatives.
- Knowledge about creating graphics for platforms like Amazon, Meesho, NYKAA, Myntra and Flipkart etc
- You will collaborate closely with the team to create graphics for product listing images, A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Store Front design etc
- Work on enhancing raw & white background images obtained from photographers.
Website Graphics
- Creating highly intuitive graphics for the client's website.
- It consists of banners, backgrounds, and graphics for the website
Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge about social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and other platforms to create marketing material and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and competitors’ strategies.
- Tailor visuals for digital platforms, prints, and multimedia projects
- Should be able to create and edit reels and long-form videos.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in graphics design, fine arts, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio with high-quality designs
- Skilled in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Canva etc
- Graphics design skills: professions in typography, colour theory and design principles to create impactful visuals
- Fluency in English (Reading & Writing)
- Understand the brand development process
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Should be able to work solo on projects.

- Salary Range: 30, (Based on experience)
- Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
- Location:
Borivali (West), Mumbai (Office-based; no remote work)
