Role Description
We are hiring a Junior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can think beyond software and understand storytelling, branding, and business impact.
This role is not limited to editing videos or animating graphics. You will work on large-scale industry events, sponsorship campaigns, digital promotions, and brand films. You will see how creative assets directly influence marketing outcomes, sponsor value, and audience engagement.

What You'll do
Edit event promos, after-movies, speaker bytes, and campaign videos
Design motion graphics for:
Event promos and teaser videos, Social media campaigns, LED screen content for conferences and exhibitions, Sponsor showcase videos, Brand films and digital ads
Collaborate with copywriters and marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life
Adapt designs across multiple formats and screen sizes
Support on-ground visual execution during events

Who We’re Looking For
0 to 2 years of experience in motion graphics or video editing
Strong command over Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of After Effects
Basic understanding of typography, design principles, and storytelling
Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
Detail oriented and deadline driven
