Role Overview
Pinkvilla is looking for a   Graphic Designer  for our team to design efforts across digital and print platforms. This role demands a blend of strong creative vision, leadership capabilities, and hands-on design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

creating compelling graphics across digital, print, and video platforms.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards across all communication touchpoints.
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, and event branding.
Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and tech teams to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.
Provide art direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technology to ensure fresh and innovative output.

Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience as a graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio and team management experience.
Proven experience in creating social media creatives, thumbnails, presentation designs, print layouts, OOH banners, and more.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Corel

DRAW, InDesign, etc.

Experience with Sketch, InVision, and other design collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Demonstrated ability to lead a design team, manage deadlines, and drive project efficiency.
