Position Summary & Scope:
The primary focus is on developing scalable, video-led branded content solutions that align with the Condé Nast brand ethos while effectively addressing client objectives.
Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas):
Brand Strategy and Development
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
Develop comprehensive brand strategies that resonate across all digital and traditional platforms.
Align closely with the editorial team to understand the brand ethos across titles – Vogue, GQ, AD and CNT.
Conceptualize, script, and produce short and long-format video content that aligns with brand strategies and objectives.
Create compelling pitch propositions via enhanced storytelling.
Oversee the production process from ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant data and insights.
Translate research findings into actionable ideas and innovative content strategies.
Campaign Management
Lead the creative direction and execution of large-scale brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact.
Manage smaller, tactical campaigns with agility and creativity, optimizing for engagement and results.
Stay updated with platform trends and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
Work closely with the various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
Strong research skills with the ability to translate insights into creative concepts.
Expertise in producing short and long format videos and integrating music into content.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.

Qualification and
Experience:
Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Mass Media or a
related field

content creation.
