Media Visualizer - eLearning Domain

Role:  Marketing Communications (Marcom) Visual Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative  Media Visualizer  to join our eLearning Presales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling content. This role involves creating marketing collateral, designing and enhancing proposal documents and presentation decks, and visualizing complex data through infographics and data slides using AI tools and icon/info graphic libraries.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Collateral:  Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate our eLearning solutions to potential clients.
Proposal Design:  Enhance proposal documents and presentation decks by applying design principles to ensure they are engaging, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Data Visualization:  Visualize complex data and concepts into easy-to-understand infographics, charts, and data slides.
Creative

Collaboration:

Work closely with the presales and content teams to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative visual solutions.
Brand Consistency:  Ensure all visuals are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality across all materials.

Qualifications:

Design

Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Google Deck, Doc.
Creativity:
Strong creative thinking and the ability to visualize complex ideas into simple, clear, and engaging designs.
Attention to Detail:
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

Prior experience in eLearning, presales, or a similar role is a plus.

Desired Traits:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Well-versed in AI media generative tools.
Knowledge of various graphic design platforms to expedite repetitive and simple design tasks (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
